Descend devices
Following a river through the mountains (canyoning) or a trip through a cave (caving) naturally goes hand in hand with ascending and descending.
You often descend by lowering yourself in a controlled manner along a rope.
Descenders can be used to:
- to have a controlled descent on the rope;
- slow down the descent;
- to be able to position oneself at a certain point so that work can be done;
- to serve as an anchor point.
CanyonZone has the following product groups in its assortment for descending;
Sort by
- Beal Escaper
BEAL ESCAPER • Detachable abseil system. It allows abseiling when only a single length of rope is available.
• It can be used with all rope diameters from 7,3 mmRappelling on a single rope strand and pull off the rope.
