Lightweight and compact, for a safe and comfortable climbing experience. Edelrid's durable, elastic webbing material is also used for the CABLE KIT LITE. It meets the new standard for via ferrata sets. The new, significantly more compact webbing shock absorber ensures very comfortable handling.

Tear-band brake system
This via ferrata set features a frictionless brake system consisting of tear-band. Even when the via ferrata set is soaked, this braking system with tear tape remains extremely reliable.
Updated braking system
The bag contains a tear tape/energy absorber. In the event of a fall, the stitching of the energy absorber tears, creating a controlled braking distance.
This type of energy absorber is already common in the world of industrial safety. However, it has only been widely used in the mountaineering world for a few years.
The bag is easy to open for inspection.
