With the walkie talkie you are able to communicate super fast and over large(r) distances to one or more users at the same time. With one push of a button you can reach everyone in the group, without delay or extra paid calling minutes. The walkie talkie is ideal for situations where you need a limited range and is suitable for longer distances of up to kilometers. This depends on the terrain.
The range depends on the transmitted power of the device and the environment in which it is used. With the license-free walkie talkie it is possible to communicate on an open plain (ideal situation) up to five or ten kilometers away. In mountainous terrain, however, this is completely different. There are all kinds of obstacles that can severely limit the range. All in all, it is always difficult to determine in advance with certainty whether the range of the walkie talkie will be sufficient for your location and application.
For these walkie talkies, you must apply for a permit in the European Union in the country where you want to use them.
