The Rescue Essentials QuikLitter™ is a compact, emergency evacuation litter engineered for tactical emergency medical services (TEMS) and rapid response situations. Ideal for use when traditional rigid stretchers are impractical — such as in remote environments, narrow corridors, or confined spaces — the QuikLitter provides a dependable, lightweight solution for safe patient movement.
Constructed from heavy-duty nylon webbing and non-woven, tear-resistant fabric, the QuikLitter offers exceptional durability while remaining flexible and compact. It features ten reinforced handholds — four on each side and one at the head and foot — enabling controlled and ergonomic lifting by multiple rescuers.
Despite its minimal weight, the litter supports loads up to 500 lbs (226 kg), ensuring secure patient handling during demanding evacuations.
