Charging the Fenix HM71R
 
The USB-C port for charging the Fenix HM71R is safely stored behind the lamp head. So that it is less likely to be damaged. The lamp can be charged while it is in the headband by turning the lamp slightly in the holder. The lamp can also be easily removed from the headband by means of a pocket clip that is integrated in the headlamp bracket. An LED indicator built into the large button on top of the lamp goes from red to green as the battery in the lamp is being charged. The battery is fully charged in about 4 hours.
