A classic design junior helmet well suited to outdoor centres and walls
The junior version of the legendary Ultralight. Provides the same outstanding protection as the adult model. This junior helmet has been around for years and is still great value for money. Although it is not as light as many contempary designs, being simple and sturdy it is popular with outdoor centres and climbing walls.
The Ultralight is adjustable to fit a wide range of head sizes and is suitable for caving as it has a hard plastic shell. The headtorch clips are reasonable, although not as good as those on the Petzl helmets. A good partner to this helmet is the petzl helmet clip pack.
