This guide aims to bring rivers closer to those who know how to enjoy them, both athletes and fans. To do this, it offers detailed information to facilitate access and descent of each section with safety conditions. It is organized into five geographical areas, the first four coinciding with each of the Galician provinces and a fifth reserved for the rivers in the Portuguese area. The presentation of the routes is done respecting their location within each zone, from North to South and from West to East.
