Adjustable neoprene 4mm thick knee pads made of flexible Yamamoto neoprene. Can be used directly on your knees as well as over an undersuit or caving overall. In addition, these knee pads prove themselves excellent for use in canyoneering, the American variant of canyoning. The knee pads are very nice to use when descending the (very) narrow slot canyons.
